IT Asset Management (ITAM) is a primary tool utilized throughout the IT industry to track and better manage IT Assets. ITAM is a tedious practice making any improvements to the process is welcomed. The International Association of IT Asset Managers (IAITAM) trains and certifies IT asset managers to understand best practices and set guidelines for the industry. AOM’s EpiCenter portal was built to fulfill the IAITAM best practices so that IT Asset Managers can utilize our portal and confidently know they are following IAITAM best practices. Additionally, EpiCenter is integrated with distribution so when products ship, they are automatically added to the company’s EpiCenter portal.
